Here is only some tips for metal nanopowder users (The user must be a professional who must know how to use metal nanoparticle products, that is, the user will take full responsibility for how to use metal nanoparticles safely):
Before using metal nanopowder, if there is some gas inside bag, with a small needle to puncture a small hole at corner of  the packaging bag, then softly adding pressure on the bag to release the gas. If the bag temperature (heating up ) goes up, you can stop a moment until the temperature decreased, then repeat the steps.
You may also put the product into very low temperature condition about 3 to10 degree  such as refrigerator for certain time (sometimes takes days), then gas will be reduced. It is quite normal if there is gas inside bag, because nano-particles are high active.  It does not affect product quality and performance as long as the gas is discharged. Metal nanoparticle must be stored in a cool and dry place with a temperature about 3-10 degrees and avoided sunlight strike.

To achieve the nano-properties, the dispersing and deagglomeration of solid dry powder is an important application of nanoparticles! We recommend using: 1. If used in the aqueous phase, may use ultrasonic treatment and add proper dispersants to disperse; 2. If used in oil phase, may use high shear mixing instrument to disperse. 3. If directly used as dry powder form, may use ball mill treatment to disperse.
